Food from around the world, from fish‘n’chips to tofu-burgers - there will be plenty of stalls the arena, catering to a wide variety of tastes. Soft Drinks and Beer will be available all day in the main arena from various bars.
Litter bins will be provided for your use around the site, try and make your weekend environment better and use them!
Do not bring irreplaceable items of value to Hyde Park Calling! We will have good security, but we cannot allow for lost or stolen items that are not recovered. Be sensible and keep cash, cards or cameras close about your person. Bring only what you need. There will be a clearly marked customer services tent in the main arena, where any lost and found enquiries should be directed.
Access: All disabled customers are welcome at Hyde Park Calling in London, but as it is a greenfield site there are sections of the arena that have uneven ground meaning that sometimes, access is difficult. Stewards however, will be around to assist. You will have:
* Own entrance (Gate X5) that leads you to the viewing platform for the Main Stage
* Accessible, suitable toilets in the arena that will be cleaned regularly
Booking tickets: Ticketmaster have a Disabled Customers hotline number that patrons can call when booking tickets to reserve a place on the platform and/or in the campsite. It is 0870 4000 750.
You can register your interest in tickets online. Click on the ticket(s) you want to buy and you will be taken through to a purchase page - click on the Disabled Access icon underneath Step 2. There you can register any specific needs you have and a Ticketmaster representative will call you back to go through your booking with you in more detail. This helps us to ensure that we can cater for your requirements, so that you can concentrate on having a fantastic time...

Car Parking: Car parking will be available for disabled badge holders only in the Serpentine Bridge Car Park. Spaces are limited and available on a first come first served basis.
Toilets: There are disabled toilets located in most toilet blocks on the site and specifically by the disabled viewing platform in the main arena.
